[Products](https://success.gotab.io/knowledge/menu-management?hsLang=en#products) # How To Update Availability of a Product through the Manager Dashboard In your GoTab Manager Dashboard, KDS, or POS you can hide or mark an item unavailable in case you run out of stock.  **Available:** Item is available and in stock on your menu **Unavailable:** Item is out of stock. When an item is unavailable, it will show up as "Out of stock" to the guest.\* **Hidden:** Item is out of stock until you manually make it available again. Whether automatically or manually marked unavailable, the product will be automatically re-enabled the following day.
