What to do if your customer's credit card is declining on an open tab

If a customer's credit card declines after closing an open tab, you can inform the customer right away through a templated SMS in your GoTab settings. This message will notify them that their credit card has been declined and include a link to their tab where they can update their payment method.

Step 1: Click GoTabs and search for the open tab

Step 2: Click the blue mail icon

Step 3: Click "Send 1 Message" at the top of your page
