How to lookup a physical gift card balance or activate a purchased gift card

You can look up your physical gift card balance and activate it via the POS in two separate ways. 

The first way to find a physical gift card balance or activate a card is during the payment process.  

1. Once a payment has been made on a physical gift card, the activation modal will automatically appear.

You then have the option to:

• Look up gift card balances by scanning the gift card with your device's camera/barcode scanner or by inputting the card number. The pin number will also need to be inputted during this step. 
• Activate the gift card(s) purchased
  
  

The second option to find a physical gift card balance or activate a card can be done at any point on the POS. 

2. Navigate to "More" at the bottom left of your POS then select "gift cards."

You then have the option to:

• Lookup the gift card balance
• Activate any purchased gift cards
• Reset the PIN number for any gift card
