Failed Attempted Payment

 

Feature Definition: How to prompt the guest to enter a valid form of payment after a card decline. 

 

If a guests' card has declined, you can easily notify the guests using the blue message the customer button on the Open Tab. 

 

 

Once clicked, a canned payment failure message will appear at the top of the page. Simply click the Send Message button to prompt the guest to add a valid form of payment to the pending tab. 

 

 

If the guest fails to update their payment method, they will be unable to order from any GoTab establishment until the overdue balance has been collected.
